What we collect

When you submit a contact form, technology review request or AI readiness assessment, we receive the information you enter: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and your answers about your business and its technology.

Our forms are designed so you never need to share confidential information such as passwords, account details, client records or financial data. Please don’t.

How we use it

We use your submission only to respond to you, prepare for a conversation about your request, and keep a record of that conversation. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

Where it goes

Form submissions are passed from this website to the business systems Cydekick uses to manage enquiries. They aren’t stored on the web server itself. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security and reliability.

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us through the contact page.
